Omaha, NE
New 24 unit affordable housing project for persons with developmental disabilities. Featured apartment style homes along with a commercial kitchen and central community center. The project was funded through donations.
Millard Senior Living
Omaha, NE
Millard Senior Housing is a 42 unit senior housing complex with energy efficiency and occupant comfort in mind. Utilities are paid for the residents so energy efficiency is key. The final mechanical design included Split Systems utilizing energy efficient air-to-air heat pumps with supplemental electric heat. Energy recovery ventilators were used in the common areas to recover energy from restroom and kitchen exhaust air systems and transfer the energy into the code required ventilation air system.
Legacy Apartments
Olathe, KS
Senior living apartment complex featuring a mix of one and two bedroom apartments designed with the aging in mind. Complete with emergency call systems, access control, and individual unit hot water, heating, and cooling. The project also featured a large community area and commercial kitchen.
Titan Springs Apartments - Phase 1 and 2
Papillion, NE
RDH worked on both phases of the luxury apartment complex that featured 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with 9' ceilings, which required extra coordination for ductwork. The complex featured common apartment community areas such as a gym, catering kitchen and clubhouse, dog spa, and a heated pool.
Lux 96 Apartments
Phase 2-5
Papillion, NE
Multi-stage apartment complex, with the latest phase including multi-use retail shell space on the ground level with apartments above. Features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 or 4 stories per building.
