Utilizing brand standards and modifying for the site requirements, RDH worked to help revitalize the Farnam St area. The project featured standard hotel amenities like a market, small kitchen, fitness center, and indoor pool, alongside efficient guest rooms and suites with individual PTAC units for heating and air conditining.
