Sons of Italy

The Sons of Italy was a rebuild of the former building destroyed in a fire. This mixed use restaurant and gathering center for the Order Sons of Italy Italian American Center featured a brand new commercial kitchen and full service bar, new banquet hall facilities, and energy efficient HVAC equipment.

DJ's Dugout Downtown

Omaha, NE

This project featured a renovation of an existing building in the heart of downtown Omaha to convert it to a widely popular sports bar. A large commercial kitchen compliments an expansive bar area filled with television sets. New HVAC and plumbing were added to handle the capacity of the new space.

Oscar's Pizza Carry Out

Omaha, NE

This carryout only pizza place started as an empty shell in a strip mall, and thus required full design of the space. New HVAC and plumbing units were installed to serve the commercial pizza kitchen and employee support areas.
